Tenant's Responsibilities & FYI

•  

• Absolutely NO Pets and NO Smoking permitted. Other guests may be allergic to pets hair and many people cannot stand the smell of smoke. Please be considerate. If there is any evidence of pets and/or smoking, your entire deposit will be forfeited to pay for disinfecting and additional cleaning.

 

• Music and noise:

• Remember neighbors are close please be considered and keep the volume down. Township noise ordinance is 9PM Sunday thru Thursday and 10PM Friday and Saturday.

• Jacuzzi - Water Level MUST be above jets before turning on the Jacuzzi pump;

•  

• Thermostat - Do not open windows if heat or AC is on, simply adjust the thermostat. If weather nice out enjoy mountain air and turn unit off.

•  

• Fireplace - Before starting gas fireplace, If any question how to use, read instructions in welcome book or directions on mantle. When done turn fireplace off. Remember heat rises use the over head fan to lower heat.

•  

• Hot Water & Circuit Breakers - Tenants are advised to wait 5-10 minutes after each shower to avoid a cold shower:) Please note that occasionally the hot water circuit breaker is in the OFF position during some inactive weeks. Please flip switch to ON position to activate the hot water heater. Circuit Breakers are located behind Master Bedroom door.

• Toilets - Often value is set in closed position between guests. Turn value 1/4 turn left.

•  

• Snow - Snow on decks and walkways must be cleared during the term of this agreement. Snow shovels and snow melt (salt) are provided in the outdoor closet.

•  

• Trash -All trash must be put in trash bags and removed from the premises into community dumpsters by tennis courts.

•  

• Linens & Towels - These are NOT included in your rental. Cleaning fee does NOT include washing/drying any linens/towels We do have a recomended linen service to use. 

•  

• Parking - There are only 2 reserved parking spots in front of the house. Additional cars must park across the street, or by the tennis courts in overflow parking.

• Boulder lake club- 6 guest passes include with stay. Extra passes can be gotten at lake club at extra charge. (seasonal)

•  

• Have FUN! - Enjoy your stay... and please keep our property neat and  clean for our guests and their families. Property must be left in the same condition found at arrival at your departure.

•  

• Check-out time - Promptly leave by 11AM as we need to have property cleaned for guests checking in shortly.

• Please ensure the following before checking out:

• All Thermostat must be lowered to 55. In the Summer all thermostat are to be turned off

• Report any damages to landlord

• Check and make sure that the following are OFF or LOCKED: Faucets, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Lights, Front Door and Storage Locker next to front door, BBQ Propane Tank
